Onyx Black Chippings is a blend of small and large basalt chippings. This popular product is so hardwearing and versatile it will lend itself to just about any application you can think of.

Ideal for driveways, it’s also great for edging patios, using in borders or as a decorative groundcover and weed suppressant.

Basalt has a mid-dark grey appearance when dry and turns almost black when wet. Being fish-friendly, this is also a great choice for use in and around ponds and water features.

Once laid a hose wash is recommended to show the natural stone colour. Please keep in mind that natural materials will vary in size and colour, with some being significantly different.
